My name is Marco Morandini, a private chef from Salzburg, shaped by many years of experience in fine dining, international kitchens and exclusive events.
My background ranges from Michelin-starred restaurants and high-end culinary events to luxury cruise ships and private dining experiences. Alongside my culinary career, I have built a strong academic and technical foundation, which has sharpened my attention to detail, structure and process.
As a private chef, I combine creativity with reliability and calmness, even in demanding situations. I value high-quality ingredients, clear concepts and dishes that are both refined and authentic. My goal is to create memorable dining experiences tailored to my guests – personal, thoughtful and uncompromising in quality.
